JOB PURPOSE: To assist the Assistant Director of Asset Management, Project Delivery in developing a comprehensive approach to cost management in monitoring and supporting the delivery of the planned maintenance contracts across the NIHE stock. The post holder will influence the performance of NIHE's planned maintenance service that will ensure the delivery of a first class service to its customers, ensuring the condition of its assets is maintained and ensuring improved value for money is obtained and increased.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Degree or equivalent (level 6) qualification in a relevant Building / Construction Discipline OR
- Chartered in a relevant Building / Construction Discipline
