To contribute, to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery by providing a joinery service in Housing Executive properties while upholding safety guidelines and complying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values.
Responsibilities
- To provide a quality customer service and maintain a good customer relationship on behalf of the NIHE.
- To ensure the health and safety of our tenants, especially vulnerable tenants when undertaking work in occupied properties.
- To liaise with customers to arrange appointments, access arrangements, discuss work required etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- Have successfully completed an apprenticeship in Joinery (either time served or skills based).
- 2 yearsβ post Apprenticeship Joinery experience.
