The Facilities Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of all facility services within the Housing Executive's office estate, including (but not limited to) soft facilities such as cleaning, security, waste management, H&S compliance. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Either A) Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6*) in a facilities management discipline (or equivalent related subject) and can demonstrate at least two years' relevant experience managing facilities and accommodation.
- or B) Exceptionally, can demonstrate 4 years' relevant experience in managing facilities and accommodation.
It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency.
