JOB PURPOSE: To ensure the provision of effective and efficient commercial contract management and governance within the Facilities and Accommodation Department and to support the Workspace Services Manager in delivering Departmental objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Either A) Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6*) in a facilities management or property management discipline (or equivalent related subject) and can demonstrate two years' relevant experience managing facilities and commercial property contracts.
- or B) Exceptionally, can demonstrate 5 years' relevant experience in managing facilities and commercial property contracts.
*Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies. It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency.
