To carry out a range of maintenance duties and to provide a comprehensive maintenance service in Housing Executive properties. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
The current salary for this post is £25,185- £25,989 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
