THIS ROLE IS A FOR A FIXED TERM OF UP TO 12 MONTHS INITIALLY, WHICH MAY BECOME PERMANENT AT A LATER STAGE IF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS EXIST.

JOB PURPOSE: The Technical Standards Manager will report to the Head of Development Services; working within a team involved in the active programming and approval of general needs and supported housing schemes to provide technical support within the Development Programme Group; dealing with the evolution and assessment of schemes to meet the requirements of the Housing Association Guide. As a senior professional in the team the Technical Standards Manager may be required to cross professional boundaries to make a contribution to the overall management of the group.
REQUIREMENTS:
- i) Have a degree level qualification or equivalent Level 6 qualification, and demonstrate a minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR
- ii) Have an Architect qualification and demonstrate a minimum of 3 years relevant post qualification experience OR
- iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development of experiential learning and demonstrate at least 5 years relevant experience (Please include dates)
