JOB PURPOSE: To support the Senior Project Manager (Construction Procurement) to deliver an effective procurement of construction/building services and construction related professional services works contracts that represents the most cost effective and technically feasible solution for the Housing Executive's Asset Management division.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent level 6 qualification) in Quantity Surveying or in another relevant Building/Construction Discipline PLUS at least 2 years' relevant post qualification experience working within a Building/Construction function
- A BTEC Higher National Certificate/Diploma (or equivalent Level 5 qualification) in a Technical/Construction related discipline PLUS at least 3 years' relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function
For the purposes of shortlisting, relevant experience means experience gained in a construction, building, quantity surveying, project management or other related building construction or technical environment.
