THIS ROLE IS A SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR NIHE STAFF ONLY, FOR A PERIOD UP TO 12 MONTHS, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED OR BECOME PERMANENT AT A LATER STAGE IF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS EXIST. Open to internal applicants only.

JOB PURPOSE: To support the Head of Land and Property Acquisitions, managing day-to-day acquisition activities and contributing to the delivery of housing supply targets, regeneration projects, and strategic land assembly in line with corporate priorities and statutory obligations and supports Housing Executive business delivery and our vision and values.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • i) Candidates must hold a degree or an equivalent level qualification (Level 6*) and must also demonstrate 3 years relevant experience OR
  • ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and must demonstrate at least 5 years relevant experience (Please include dates)

It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency. Relevancy will be determined with due regard to the duties and level of responsibilities set out in the job description for this role. *Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies.
