This role is a secondment opportunity for NIHE staff only, for a period up to 12 months, which may be extended or become permanent at a later stage if business requirements exist. Open to internal applicants only.

JOB PURPOSE: To lead and manage the Land and Property Acquisitions Team, ensuring the strategic identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land and property to support the Housing Executive's development objectives. The postholder will drive delivery of housing supply targets, regeneration projects, and strategic land assembly in line with corporate priorities and statutory obligations and supports Housing Executive business delivery and our vision and values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must hold a degree or an equivalent level qualification (Level 6*) and must also demonstrate 3 years' relevant experience OR
- Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and must demonstrate at least 5 years relevant experience.
It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency. Relevancy will be determined with due regard to the duties and level of responsibilities set out in the job description for this role. *Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies.
