BAND: 7 JOB PURPOSE: The post holder will be required to support and lead the effective delivery and management of the Regional Operational Ground Maintenance Team.

This requires the implementation and delivery of the Region's various Grounds Services Contracts, through the effective management of the annual grounds maintenance budget, contract performance indicators and provides technical advice & support to the Assistant Regional Manager in all Grounds related matters.

REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) Possess a degree level qualification in a relevant subject AND have a minimum of 2 years' relevant* experience OR ii) Hold a Level 5 qualification in Housing AND a minimum of 2 years' relevant* experience OR iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND at least 4 years' relevant* experience *Relevant experience must be directly related to grounds maintenance or horticulture APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
