JOB PURPOSE: To assist the Fire Safety Manager in implementing, monitoring and reviewing the Housing Executive's Fire Safety Policies, Processes and Procedures and ensure the NIHE is fully compliant with its statutory and regulatory undertakings that reduces any risk to its customers, employees, and third parties to as low as reasonably practicable.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • i) Possess a Degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in an Architecture/Building Construction/Fire Safety related discipline PLUS 2 years' relevant experience working in a building/construction or fire safety related function OR
  • ii) BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5 qualification in Architecture/Building Construction/Fire Safety related discipline PLUS 3 years' relevant experience working within a Building/Construction or Fire Safety related function OR
  • iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning PLUS a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience working within a Building/Construction or Fire Safety related function (Please include dates)
