JOB PURPOSE: The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of a customer focused financial inclusion service which embraces the Housing Executive's culture, current and future legislation, policy and procedures and best practice to customers, who may have a range of vulnerabilities, to reduce financial exclusion among our customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- i) Have a degree level qualification or equivalent AND have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in an advisory role delivering welfare benefits and money/debt advice with a wide-ranging knowledge of financial products and services available for customers OR
- ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND have at least 3 years' experience of working in an advisory role delivering welfare benefits and money/debt advice with a wide-ranging knowledge of financial products and services available for customers.
