JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Head of Estates in Housing Services Central Unit, the Estate Services Manager will lead and supervise a number of strands relating to Housing Services in the area of Estate Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- i) Possess a degree level qualification (level 6*) or equivalent AND have 3 years' relevant** experience
- ii) Possess a level 5* qualification in Housing AND have a minimum of 3 years relevant** experience
- iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND have a minimum of 4 years' relevant** experience
