JOB PURPOSE: The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a customer focused financial inclusion service which embraces the Housing Executive's culture, current and future legislation, policy and procedures, and best practice to customers who may have a range of vulnerabilities, to reduce financial exclusion among our customers. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- i) Hold a degree level qualification (Level 6*) or equivalent AND have a minimum of 1 year's experience of working in an advisory role delivering basic welfare benefit checks and money/debt advice with good knowledge of financial products and services available for customers
- OR ii) Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5*) qualification AND have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in an advisory role delivering basic welfare benefit checks and money/debt advice with good knowledge of financial products and services available for customers
- OR iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND at least 3 years' experience of working in an advisory role delivering basic welfare benefits and money/debt advice with good knowledge of financial products and services available for customers
