JOB PURPOSE: To ensure the provision of effective and efficient commercial contract management and governance within the Facilities and Accommodation Department and to support the Workspace Services Manager in delivering Departmental objectives. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive Facilities and Accommodation service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Either A) Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6*) in a facilities management or property management discipline (or equivalent related subject) and can demonstrate two years' relevant experience managing facilities and commercial property contracts.
- or B) Exceptionally, can demonstrate 5 years' relevant experience in managing facilities and commercial property contracts.
*Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies. It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency.
