The predicted salary is between 37280 - 42839 £ per year.
This role is a fixed term of up to 12 months initially, which may become permanent at a later stage if business requirements exist.
Job Purpose: The postholder will support the Principal Officer (HFA) in the effective delivery of monitoring, evaluation, research, and analytical functions within the Housing for All team. The role will contribute to evidence-based decision-making by ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and programme oversight. The postholder will work collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- i) Candidates must hold a degree or an equivalent level qualification (Level 6), plus demonstrate a minimum of two years' relevant experience OR
- ii) Candidates must hold a HND or equivalent level qualification (Level 5) and demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience OR
- iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development of experiential learning and demonstrate at least 4 years' relevant experience.
It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency. Relevancy will be determined with due regard to the duties and level of responsibilities set out in the job description for this role.
