JOB PURPOSE: To manage and co-ordinate both traditional and non-traditional works delivered through both planned and response projects across all NIHE work streams, from inception through to completion and post project evaluation, including procurement and cost management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in line with NIHE Direct's Business Objectives and NIHE's vision and values.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • i) Possess a BTEC Higher (Level 5*) or equivalent level qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function OR
  • ii) Can demonstrate 3 years' relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function and continuing professional development/experiential learning. (Please include dates)
