Hours: Day Shifts and/or Night Shifts

Location: Belfast, South-Eastern & Northern Health and Social Care Trusts/Somerton House (this role will be predominantly based in the community up to 25 mile radius from home)

Role: To provide support and respite care for patients and families in their own home. To deliver high quality nursing care to patients with palliative care needs by implementing and evaluating individualised care plans.

The Organisation: The Northern Ireland Hospice is a local charity offering specialist respite, symptom management and end of life palliative care to infants, children, and adults across Northern Ireland.
