Salary: £24,975 per annum ?? 37.5 hours per week (5 days Monday-Saturday) ?? 6 month - Fixed Term Contract As Shop Supervisor, you'll: Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment Support and motivate volunteers to help the shop run smoothly Manage stock, donations, and day-to-day operations Sort and prepare donated goods for sale, including steaming clothing and undertaking regular manual handling Play a key part in generating vital income to support Hospice care If you're organised, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting a meaningful cause, we'd love to hear from you.
