To deliver the duties and responsibilities of a Company Director as set out in the Companies Act(s) and those of a Trustee, as required by law and the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland. Experience Required Experience of working at a senior management or governance level. This can be in the voluntary, public or private sectors. Experience of operating at a strategic level, including strategic planning and development. Experience in executive level financial decision making and have a high degree of financial acumen. Expertise in customer relationship management and knowledge of digital development and digital transformation strategies.
