Job summary

Join Our Team as a Shop Supervisor at Northern Ireland Hospice. We're excited to be recruiting a Shop Supervisor for our High Street shop. Working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring your retail experience to a role that truly makes a difference in the local community.

As Shop Supervisor, you'll:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Support and motivate volunteers to help the shop run smoothly
  • Manage stock, donations, and day-to-day operations
  • Sort and prepare donated goods for sale, including steaming clothing and undertaking regular manual handling
  • Play a key part in generating vital income to support Hospice care
