Join Our Team as a Shop Supervisor at Northern Ireland Hospice! We are looking for a One Day Per Week Shop Supervisor to join our team at our Holywood Road shop. This is a great opportunity to combine your retail skills with a role that makes a real difference in your community. The day worked may change week to week and will be scheduled on a rota between Monday and Saturday, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
- Support and motivate volunteers to help the shop run smoothly
- Manage stock, donations, and day-to-day operations
- Play a key part in generating vital income to support Hospice care
