Join Our Team as a Shop Supervisor at Northern Ireland Hospice. We're excited to be recruiting a Shop Supervisor for our Portadown shop. Working 22.5 hours per week over 3 days, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring your retail experience to a role that truly makes a difference in the local community.
As Shop Supervisor, you'll:
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
- Support and motivate volunteers to help the shop run smoothly
- Manage stock, donations, and day-to-day operations
- Sort and prepare donated goods for sale, including steaming clothing and undertaking regular manual handling
- Play a key part in generating vital income to support Hospice care
