We are looking for a Heritage Officer to join to the team and play a key role in delivering Belfast Historic Waterfront as part of the The National Lottery Heritage Fundโs Heritage Places Strategic Initiative.
The Heritage Officer will play a key role in delivering the Belfast Historic Waterfront as part of the The National Lottery Heritage Fundโs Heritage Places Strategic Initiative. As part of the Maritime Belfast team, the postholder will help coordinate activity, partnerships and outputs across the Belfast Historic Waterfront Heritage Place, with a particular focus on supporting the development of a Conservation Management Plan, the Belfast Historic Waterfront Plan, the extension of the Belfast Story Plan and outdoor museum and associated restoration, interpretation and public display projects.
- Third-level qualification in heritage, regeneration, conservation or a related field OR
- A minimum of 2 yearsโ relevant experience gained within the last 5 years in heritage projects, conservation or regeneration delivery
- Good IT skills including ability to confidently use MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
- Ability to work as part of a team
