This role is all about high standards, care and attention to detail. We’re looking for a Holidays Operation Team Leader to take the lead in presenting and looking after the National Trust’s holiday cottages on the North Coast, where we care for Bishops Gate Lodge, Mussenden, Portbradden Cottage, Carrick-A-Rede Cottage, and Strand House, Cushendun.
For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.
You’ll be focused on making sure that our operations are compliant with health and safety. You’ll be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting and fire safety. You’ll help to coordinate maintenance work and repairs, making sure our cottages look their best for our guests, and that all our guest materials are up to date and in good order.
You’ll work with the Holidays Manager and the Holidays Assistant Managers in the area to provide a service that’s efficient, effective and flexible. You’ll be ensuring there’s cover for changeovers and that we always meet our high standards in line with our Holidays changeover guide.
The role may also include helping with changeovers in cottages, and some Saturday cover when needed.
