NICVA is delivering InsightLink – Connecting Communities Through Shared Knowledge, a major partnership programme bringing organisations across Northern Ireland, Ireland and Great Britain together to strengthen collaboration, improve sector knowledge, and support more informed strategic planning. The project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
To support delivery of this ambitious programme, we are recruiting for two roles within the InsightLink team: Project Manager and Support Officer. Together, these roles will work closely with partners across the voluntary and community sector, helping deliver a programme that builds shared knowledge, supports cross-border collaboration, and strengthens strategic planning across jurisdictions.
The Support Officer will play a key role in helping coordinate the day‑to‑day delivery of the programme. Working closely with the Project Manager and project partners, you will support meetings, events and engagement activity, maintain project documentation and monitoring records, and assist with coordination across the partnership network. The role supports activity across the programme’s core areas including the Knowledge Data Hub, the All-Island Alliance, and cross-border engagement events.
This role would suit someone organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple tasks and stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
Contract: Fixed‑term for 36 months, part‑time (21 hours per week)
