We’re looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep the buildings within the NI Urban Portfolio in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love these places.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours/working pattern: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week
For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.
What it’s like to work here:
- As well as working with Facilities colleagues, you’ll be part of a larger multidisciplinary team including External Contractors, Rangers, Business Support and Visitor Welcome staff.
- The facilities team plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly for staff and visitors, so there is always a lot going on!
- Although based at Belmont Tower, there will be a requirement to work at other properties within the Northern Ireland Urban portfolio, such as Patterson’s Spade Mill, Divis and Black Mountain and Derrymore House.
