The Project Delivery & Commissioning Department within the National Programmes Directorate has an ongoing requirement to deliver Distribution and Transmission Protection Testing, Maintenance, Plant testing and repairing of defects across the electricity network while continuing to ensure all commissioning of new equipment is carried out. All works delivered by Test and Commissioning is organised across a Transmission/Distribution voltage level split with a degree of crossover as required.

An opportunity has arisen for a Test & Commissioning Engineer who will be responsible for the day-to-day Distribution Test and Commissioning activities across the network. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Distribution Technical Engineer and will be based in our East Depot (Belfast) but will be required to operate across the Province as required.
