Within our Chief Information Office (CIO) Directorate we have an in-house SAP team that works closely with the wider NIE business to build, support, and evolve solutions. As part of our ongoing transformation, we are seeking to recruit a IT Team Lead. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the deployment, enhancement, and support of SAP applications within the organisation. This role will be based at our newly refurbished Danesfort site, just off the Stranmillis Road in Belfast. We also offer hybrid working opportunities through our Agile Home Working policy.

Reporting to the SAP Strategy & Delivery Manager, the SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) Team Lead is responsible for contributing to the design, delivery, and support of SAP IS-U solutions across the organisation. This role oversees a team of SAP functional and technical specialists, ensuring the effective management of utilities processes such as Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, and Market Messaging.

The Team Lead works closely with business stakeholders, wider CIO colleagues, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
