Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE Networks) is the owner of the electricity transmission and distribution networks in Northern Ireland, transporting electricity to 966,000 customers including homes, businesses and farms. NIE Networks is owned by ESB but operates as an independent organisation with its own Board and management teams and separate regulation via the Utility Regulator for Northern Ireland.

Our insurance and claims processes play a central role in protecting the organisation, our employees and the customers we serve. We are committed to ensuring that all insurance policies are appropriately maintained and that claims are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
We now have an opportunity for an Insurance & Claims Advisor to support the full cycle of our insurance programme. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to an essential business function. Working as part of a busy and knowledgeable team, the successful candidate will assist in the renewal of multi-line insurance policies, lead on day-to-day management of EL, PL and Motor claims, and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
