The predicted salary is between 59400 - 72600 Β£ per year.
It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Major Programme Management or Programme management, with strong focus in PMO or governance roles
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile, Major Programme Management or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
- Demonstrable success delivering complex transformation programmes
- Evidence skills that surpass conventional project management β demonstrating interdisciplinary knowledge in strategy, governance, risk, finance, and stakeholder leadership
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (Business, Information Management, Technology, engineering)
- Current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
It would be advantageous if you have any of the following:
- Experience in smart metering, AI, or major digital transformation programmes
- Leadership in complex, and regulated/utilities environments
- Proficiency in building, maintaining, and driving execution of structured project and major programme plans and associated governance
- Experience of delivering successful Change Management best practice
