Shortlisting Criteria
Essential Criteria
- Working knowledge of overhead line construction methods and relevant associated work methods
- Demonstrate ability to manage work delivery and/or management of teams to ensure effective delivery of relevant projects/programmes of work
- Previous experience in promoting and delivering against safety targets and being a role model in relation to safe onsite working practices
- Previous experience of the NIE Networks (or similar) electricity system at distribution or transmission voltage levels
- Proven track record of dealing with customers and contracting partners and managing their expectations
- Working knowledge of IT/Microsoft Office to include enhanced reporting and analysis of information
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders
- Current driving licence and access to a vehicle on a daily basis
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in resource management, including planning and scheduling of work, to deliver work programmes within a similar environment
- Practical understanding of Maximo Lines
