- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale multi-million technology, digital and transformation portfolios.
- Proven track record of transforming delivery organisations and embedding agile, product‑led and modern engineering ways of working.
- Significant experience establishing and leading software engineering, solution engineering or technology delivery functions of 30+ professionals, including governance, engineering standards, talent development, workforce planning and performance management.
- Demonstrable success delivering complex technology programmes across digital, data, cloud and AI domains.
- Experience balancing the demands of legacy technology estates and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership capability with experience developing teams, coaching leaders and driving organisational change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at Executive and Board level.
- Commercially astute with experience managing strategic suppliers, delivery partners and technology contracts.
- A degree in a relevant discipline and/or professional qualifications in technology, engineering, programme delivery or agile methodologies.
