A strong track record of promoting a positive safety culture, delivering against safety performance targets, and acting as a visible role model for safe systems of work on site.

Demonstrate the ability to manage work teams to ensure the safe and effective delivery of projects and programmes of work.

A minimum of 3 years' experience delivering projects or programmes of work to minimum cost through high-quality standards.

Strong IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office applications, to support reporting and data analysis.

A practical understanding of CDM Regulations and ISO 9001, ISO 55001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car suitable for business travel across Northern Ireland.

Desirable Criteria:

  • ONC/HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in Business / Contract Management / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying / Electrical or Electronic / Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • A working knowledge of CDM Regulations and their application.
  • NEBOSH National Certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous grounds maintenance contract management experience.
  • Strong business management skills.
  • Understanding of legal documentation, and associated terms and conditions.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
  • A sound understanding of the Safety Rules and Authorisation.
