A minimum of 3 years' experience delivering projects or programmes of work to minimum cost through high-quality standards.
Strong IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office applications, to support reporting and data analysis.
A practical understanding of CDM Regulations and ISO 9001, ISO 55001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car suitable for business travel across Northern Ireland.
Desirable Criteria:
- ONC/HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in Business / Contract Management / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying / Electrical or Electronic / Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- A working knowledge of CDM Regulations and their application.
- NEBOSH National Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous grounds maintenance contract management experience.
- Strong business management skills.
- Understanding of legal documentation, and associated terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
- A sound understanding of the Safety Rules and Authorisation.
