Essential Criteria
It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a role that required engagement with one of more of the following:
- Customers
- Internal and External Stakeholders
- Legal Professionals
- Insurance Providers
- Practical Understanding of the types of assets associated with electricity transmission and distribution networks
- Proven ability to interpret technical damage assessments and / or complex financial cost breakdowns.
- Good numerical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.
- Developed IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Desirable Criteria
It would be advantageous if you had a working knowledge of the following:
- Types of assets associated with electricity transmission and distribution networks
- Tort or other claims processes.
- SAP ISU.
- Previous experience of managing or leading a team.
- Customer centric
- Flexiblity & adaptability
- Interpersonal skills
- Personal Effectiveness
- Commercial Accumen & Results Orientated
