Essential Criteria 10+ years of experience leading large-scale multi-million technology, digital and transformation portfolios.
Proven track record of transforming delivery organisations and embedding agile, product‑led and modern engineering ways of working.
Significant experience establishing and leading software engineering, solution engineering or technology delivery functions of 30+ professionals, including governance, engineering standards, talent development, workforce planning and performance management.
Demonstrable success delivering complex technology programmes across digital, data, cloud and AI domains.
Experience balancing the demands of legacy technology estates and strategic transformation initiatives.
Strong leadership capability with experience developing teams, coaching leaders and driving organisational change.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at Executive and Board level.
Commercially astute with experience managing strategic suppliers, delivery partners and technology contracts.
A degree in a relevant discipline and/or professional qualifications in technology, engineering, programme delivery or agile methodologies.
Desirable Criteria Experience within regulated industries or similarly complex operational environments.
Experience supporting large-scale platform modernisation, cloud transformation or enterprise technology change programmes.
