  • Essential Criteria:
    • A relevant degree (or expected degree) or third level qualification in real estate, planning (or a related discipline) with a minimum classification of 2:2 or higher
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, GIS and other property management systems.
    • Full UK driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
    • Is prepared to be flexible in working hours and travel throughout NI.
  • Desirable Criteria:
    • Relevant postgraduate experience in a similar role
    • Experience in reading, interpreting basic title queries including drawings, leases, licences, wayleaves, easements and leases.
    • Experience of engaging and negotiating with landowners and land agents.
