Applicants must, by the closing date for applications have:
- Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 City and Guilds Advanced Craft in Plumbing and/or a recognised mechanical construction related discipline;
- A minimum of 2 years’ post qualification site supervisory experience in a non-domestic/commercial building services related mechanical discipline;
- Experience in all of the following areas:
- Knowledge of Gas Safe and OFTEC regulations;
- Experience of non-domestic plumbing, above ground drainage and heating installations including low and zero carbon technologies;
- Experience of non-domestic ventilation, air handling systems and BEMS installations;
