At Northern Healthcare, we’ve raised our starting wage to £12.40 per hour at our Mary Seacole Service, West Houghton, Bolton. Above the national rate, enhanced overtime rates of £14.40 per hour.

What We’re Looking For

  • A warm, people-first attitude
  • Ideally, some experience in care or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification OR experience of caring for a loved one, family member or an individual with complex needs
  • Two references covering the past 3 years (and any previous roles supporting vulnerable adults)
  • An enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the cost!)
