Responsibilities
- Develop daily living skills for residents.
- Prepare and cook meals.
- Manage appointments and medication.
- Handle budgeting and household tasks.
- Support residents in accessing education, employment, and community activities.
- Build confidence and independence.
- Support emotional wellbeing and recovery.
- Provide personal care support when required (training will be provided).

Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification or experience in care, support work, or mental health services.
- Experience supporting a family member, friend or individual with additional needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Two satisfactory references covering the last three years.
- Ability to complete an enhanced DBS check (paid for by us).
