Are you an experienced leader within Adult Social Care or Mental Health Supported Living, looking for your next challenge? Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Service Manager to lead our Mental Health Supported Living services, supporting adults with complex mental health needs to live independently, safely and with dignity within their communities. About the Role

As Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our supported living service, Holland House, located in Preston, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred and recovery-focused support. You will lead and inspire staff teams, drive compliance and service improvement and work closely with external professionals, commissioners and stakeholders to ensure services remain safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mental health recovery, quality care and developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing Mental Health Supported Living services
  • Driving high standards of care, compliance and service quality
  • Supporting and developing staff teams through coaching and leadership
  • Managing safeguarding, incidents, audits and service improvement plans
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and organisational standards
  • Promoting independence, recovery and positive outcomes for the people we support
  • Building positive relationships with professionals, families and external agencies
  • Managing staffing, rotas, budgets and operational performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous management experience within Adult Social Care or Mental Health Supported Living
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Experience leading and motivating teams
  • A passion for person-centred and recovery-focused support
  • Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
  • Experience managing safeguarding and complex situations confidently
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or willingness to work towards)
