  • Supporting internal audit processes and compliance
  • Playing an active role in month‑end, year‑end and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Contributing to finance projects and system developments
  • Acting as a key member of the senior finance team

What We’re Looking For

  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, or AAT Level 4) or equivalent experience
  • Experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting or training non‑financial teams

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and solutions‑focused
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence

Why Join Us?

  • A high‑impact role where your insights directly influence decisions
