We're looking for people who are compassionate, reliable and committed to making a positive difference. You'll ideally have:

  • A caring, person-centred approach
  • Experience in care, support work or mental health services, or a Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience supporting a family member, friend, or someone with additional needs is welcomed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Two satisfactory references covering the previous three years
  • The ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by Northern Healthcare)
