We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and experienced Deputy Service Manager to help lead our dedicated team at Roby Road, our 24-hour supported living service in Huyton, Liverpool.

About the Role
Working alongside the Service Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of Beck House, ensuring we continue to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support to adults living with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support your team, build positive relationships with residents and professionals, and help drive continuous improvements across the service. No two days are ever the sameβbut every day gives you the opportunity to positively impact someone's life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the overall management of a 24-hour supported living service.
- Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated support team.
- Promoting a positive, values-led culture focused on recovery and independence.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Supporting recruitment, supervision and staff development.
- Working alongside healthcare professionals, families and commissioners.
- Monitoring quality, safeguarding and service performance.
- Helping residents achieve their personal goals and maximise their independence.
About You
We're looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence and integrity. You'll ideally have:
- Previous leadership or management experience within mental health services preferably supported living.
- Experience supporting people with mental health needs, learning disabilities or autism.
- A good understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) is desirable.
Applications are welcomed from experienced leaders, Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) and Occupational Therapists with supported living experience.
