As a vital member of our team, you’ll work flexibly to support individuals in their journey towards recovery. You’ll help them build daily routines, gain confidence, and access opportunities to lead fulfilling lives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support with purpose – Help individuals develop self-care routines, build resilience, and manage their mental health.
- Everyday independence – Assist with practical tasks like meal prep, medication, budgeting, and appointments.
- Encourage connection – Promote social inclusion and help reduce isolation through community involvement.
