HR Business Partner – Multi-Site (Healthcare or Regulated Sectors) £35,000 – £45,000 + Car Allowance | Flexible Working Hybrid working The role will be coveringYorkshire and Cumbria with 2 days per week in our Central Office, located In Eccles, Manchester. Are you a strategic HR leader with proven multi-site experience in the healthcare or regulated sectors ? We’re seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to support our growing organisation across multiple locations . This is a key role within our People Team – ideal for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and making a tangible difference across sites. Your Impact – What You’ll Be Doing Lead HR Across Multiple Sites Oversee HR operations across several locations, ensuring alignment, consistency, and compliance. Provide expert support on complex employee relations matters, including TUPE , redundancies , and capability cases. Ensure CQC and GDPR compliance across all sites. Drive Operational Excellence Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver a positive candidate and employee experience across all locations. Develop and implement equitable and competitive reward structures across diverse regions. Shape HR Strategy at Scale Deliver HR projects that embed our values and build a performance-driven culture across all sites. Coach and empower local managers to lead effectively. Influence senior leadership decisions by acting as a trusted HR advisor. What You’ll Bring ️ CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent experience) ️ Significant HR experience in a multi-site setting within healthcare or regulated sectors ️ Deep knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and workforce compliance ️ Strong track record of balancing strategic and operational HR across multiple sites ️ Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and driving cultural change ️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Why Join Us?
