What We’re Looking For
- ✔️ A warm, people‑first attitude
- ✔️ Ideally, some experience in care or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification OR experience of caring for a loved one, family member or an individual with complex needs
- ✔️ Two references covering the past 3 years (and any previous roles supporting vulnerable adults)
- ✔️ An enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the cost!)
