Lead a Team That Changes Lives
As a Mental Health Team Leader, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to deliver exceptional person-centred support while leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated team of Support Workers. You'll create an environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting a team of Mental Health Support Workers
- Coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues
- Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered
- Supporting residents with their recovery and independence goals
- Completing supervisions, spot checks and staff development
- Managing medication safely and in line with policies
- Supporting with rota management and day-to-day service operations
- Promoting safeguarding, dignity and positive risk management
- Acting as a role model and creating a positive team culture

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an inspirational leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care. You'll ideally have:
- Experience leading or supervising teams within health or social care
- Experience supporting adults with mental health needs or complex behaviours
- A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A person-centred approach and positive leadership style
- Two satisfactory references covering the last three years
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS (paid for by us)
