πŸ’™ About the Role

Working alongside the Service Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of Beck House, ensuring we continue to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support to adults living with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support your team, build positive relationships with residents and professionals, and help drive continuous improvements across the service.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the overall management of a 24-hour supported living service.

  • Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated support team.

  • Promoting a positive, values-led culture focused on recovery and independence.

  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.

  • Supporting recruitment, supervision and staff development.

  • Working alongside healthcare professionals, families and commissioners.

  • Monitoring quality, safeguarding and service performance.

  • Helping residents achieve their personal goals and maximise their independence.

We're looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence and integrity.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous leadership or management experience within social care.

  • Experience supporting people with mental health needs, learning disabilities or autism.

  • A good understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) is desirable.

  • Applications are welcomed from experienced leaders, Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) and Occupational Therapists with supported living experience.
