What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the day‑to‑day operations alongside the Service Manager.
- Promote daily independence in the people we support.
- Supervise and mentor Support Workers.
- Safely administer prescribed medication.
- Allocate duties effectively across the team.
- Champion person‑centred care and positive relationships with people and their families.
- Maintain accurate, respectful records.
- Promote safeguarding, confidentiality, and best practices at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience supporting adults with mental health conditions or learning disabilities in an inpatient setting or challenging environment.
- Knowledge and experience working with drug and alcohol addiction would be advantageous.
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to take the next step into a leadership role.
- Empathy, resilience, and dedication to making a difference.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ideally Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working toward it).
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
